Privacy

This page says what this site collects, why, and how to have it removed. It is short because very little is collected.

This site is run by MARVIONIS LTD, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17448588. The company is the data controller for everything collected here: it decides what happens to it, and the address at the bottom reaches the company directly.

Checkout

Purchases are processed by Gumroad. Gumroad collects your payment details and email address under its own privacy policy, as a separate company handling its own part of the sale. This site does not see or store your card details.

The pet form

If you fill in the optional form about your pet, this site collects exactly what you type: your pet's name, age, breed, and, if you add it, what they love most. It is used once, to make the gift, and for nothing else. Skipping the form skips the collection.

Technical records

When that form is submitted, the request's IP address and browser identification are recorded alongside the entry. They are used to limit abuse of the form, and for nothing else.

Cookies

This site sets one small functional cookie. It contains no personal information, it is not used for advertising or analytics, and it expires on its own within 30 days. There are no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers here.

How long it is kept

Form entries are kept while the gift is prepared and sent, and for a short time afterward in case you write to support. Then they are deleted. If you want yours deleted sooner, email and it will be removed.

Deletion and questions

The address to write to is support@thebreedbook.online.

Write to the address above to ask what is held about you, or to have it deleted.

Scope

This policy covers this website only. Gumroad's checkout is governed by Gumroad's own policy.
